Carmel Education Foundation – Taste of Carmel Raffle Sales
Carmel Education Foundation is seeking friendly, dependable volunteers to help make Taste of Carmel on Thursday, August 27, 2026, a success.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Guest check-in and registration
- Silent auction support
- Assisting food and beverage providers
- General event support
- Selling raffle tickets
We especially need outgoing raffle ticket sellers who are comfortable approaching guests, starting conversations, and encouraging participation. Raffle volunteers must be at least 18, have no felony convictions, and provide the required information for Indiana gaming compliance.
All volunteers are asked to attend a short training on Wednesday, August 26, at 7:00 p.m. at 502 East Event Centre, to receive instructions and an event shirt and meet the leadership team.
Volunteers will work approximately half of the event and enjoy the other half, including the food and beverages. Each volunteer will also receive an additional general admission ticket for a guest. Service hours can be verified when needed.

Those who register by August 14 may select their shirt size. CEF reserves the right to decline any volunteer application.
