Celebrate Independence Day by giving back to the community! The Carmel Freedom Run is a staple of Carmel’s July 4th festivities, and Tuxedo Brothers is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the 2026 race a success.

Location: Upland Brewing @ Clay Terrace (14490 Clay Terrace Blvd, Carmel, IN)

The Hype Squad (Course Marshal)
Impact: You are the heartbeat of the race! You’ll be stationed along the Monon Trail or downtown streets to direct runners and provide that much-needed high-five.
Best for: High-energy individuals, groups of friends, and anyone with a loud cheering voice.
The Hydration Hero (Water Station)
Impact: Keep our athletes safe and fueled. You’ll be responsible for prepping and handing out water to runners as they pass, ensuring no one loses momentum.
Best for: Fast-paced workers and families.
The Welcoming Committee (Registration & Packet Pickup)
Impact: You are the first face our participants see. Help distribute race bibs and shirts and set a positive tone for the entire morning.
Best for: Organized, friendly people who prefer a stationary role.
The Finish Line Finisher (Medals & Refreshments)
Impact: Celebrate the victory! You’ll place finisher medals around runners' necks and manage the post-race snack area to help them recover.
Best for: People who love seeing the "joy of the finish" and can handle a busy crowd.
