Event Overview

As a Booth Ambassador, you are the vital first impression for our guests. You aren't just staffing a table; you are creating a safe, respectful space for people to transition from their daily lives into a place of reflection and learning. Your presence ensures every visitor feels acknowledged and supported as they begin their experience.

Volunteer Role

  • The Welcome: Greet visitors with a quiet, professional, and warm demeanor.

  • Crowd Flow: Manage the entrance to ensure the space doesn't become overcrowded, allowing everyone the silence and room they need for reflection.

  • Sensitivity & Tact: You must be able to handle emotional conversations with grace. Some visitors may be descendants of survivors; others may be learning this history for the first time.

  • Reliability: Given the importance of the cause, we rely on our ambassadors to be punctual and present.
