Volunteer Role
The Welcome: Greet visitors with a quiet, professional, and warm demeanor.
Crowd Flow: Manage the entrance to ensure the space doesn't become overcrowded, allowing everyone the silence and room they need for reflection.
Sensitivity & Tact: You must be able to handle emotional conversations with grace. Some visitors may be descendants of survivors; others may be learning this history for the first time.
Reliability: Given the importance of the cause, we rely on our ambassadors to be punctual and present.
Maturity: This role involves discussing difficult subject matter. We require ambassadors to be at least 18 years old.
