This role is perfect for someone who loves high-energy environments, meeting new people, and seeing the "behind-the-scenes" of the real estate world. As an Event Operations Volunteer, you will be the engine that makes our Real Estate Lister Event run smoothly from start to finish.

The Morning Momentum (Set-Up 7:30 am - 8:30 am)
Before the doors open, you’ll help transform the space into a professional networking hub.
Assisting with the placement of signage
Setting up the registration desk
Ensuring seating areas are tidy and aligned with the floor plan.
The First Impression (Greeter & Registration 8:30 am -9:30 am)
You are the face of the event! You’ll set the tone for our attendees' entire experience.
Welcoming guests with a warm, professional energy as they arrive.
Checking in attendees handing out credentials.
Answering basic directional questions
Managing the flow of the lobby to prevent congestion during peak arrival times.
The Final Polish (Tear-Down 10:00 am - 11:00 am)
Once the final handshake is made, you’ll help us leave the venue better than we found it.
Assisting with basic load-out tasks.
Collecting discarded materials and ensuring the space is cleared of debris.
Packing up leftover registration materials and signage for transport
