Event Overview
Japan SpringFest is an annual community celebration highlighting Carmel’s sister-city relationship with Japan. This family-friendly festival features traditional music, martial arts, authentic food, and interactive cultural exhibits. We are looking for energetic volunteers to help us bring the spirit of Japan to our local community!
Choose Your Impact
We have a variety of roles to suit different interests and physical abilities:
Host & Hospitality: Greet guests, hand out event maps, and provide general information about the day’s schedule.
Event Logistics: Help with the "behind-the-scenes" magic, including tent setup, signage placement, and keeping the festival grounds tidy, managing vendor lines.
Stage & Performance Support: Assist performers with equipment and help manage seating areas for the main stage.
