The City of Carmel is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us roll out the annual Bike Carmel Roundabout Ride! This signature event celebrates Carmel’s world-class roundabout infrastructure and our vibrant cycling community. Whether you're a cycling advocate or just love supporting local events, we need your energy to make this ride a success.
Training: 10 min training session before shift.

Event Overview
The Ride: Participants choose between a 25-mile or 50-mile route that winds through Carmel's scenic streets and iconic roundabouts.
The Celebration: The event concludes at Midtown Plaza with a post-ride meal, live music, and a festive atmosphere for riders and supporters alike.
Choose Your Impact
We have several shifts available to fit your schedule:
Early Setup (5:00 AM): Help transform Midtown Plaza into the ultimate ride hub.
Check-In Support (6:45 AM): Greet our 150+ riders, distribute swag, and handle registration.
Rest Stop Crew (7:45 AM & 9:00 AM): Fuel the riders! Manage hydration and snack stations along the 25 and 50-mile routes.
Clean-Up Crew (1:00 PM): Help us leave Midtown Plaza better than we found it as the event winds down.
