Event Overview
As a Vendor Assistant, you are the right-hand support for the festival’s leadership and the "utility player" of the event. This role is designed for someone who thrives on variety, loves to help where the need is greatest, and wants to experience every facet of the Festival of Lights.
Choose Your Role
Station Support: Float between different areas—such as the Laddoo handouts, Rangoli art, or the Swagat Committee—to provide extra hands during peak crowd surges.
Logistical Assistance: Help transport supplies, such as water for performers or extra powder for the Rangoli artists, ensuring all stations remain fully operational.
Information Support: Assist Vendors with simple administrative tasks, like handing out t-shirts or helping volunteers find their assigned locations.
Event "Eyes and Ears": Walk the festival grounds to ensure signage is visible, areas remain tidy, and any minor issues are reported to the leadership team immediately.
General Hospitality: Provide a friendly face for guests who have quick questions or need directions to the nearest activity.
