Role Overview - Diwali Festival of Lights Laddoo Distribution
As a Laddoo Distributor, you serve as a cultural ambassador and a key logistical lead for one of the festival’s sweetest traditions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys high-energy community interaction, has a keen eye for organization, and wants to spread the "flavor" of Diwali.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Oversee the storage and organization of various laddoos, ensuring they remain fresh and beautifully presented.
Crowd Flow & Distribution: Manage the queue efficiently to ensure all attendees receive their treats in a timely, orderly fashion, maintaining a festive and celebratory atmosphere.
Cultural Education: Provide brief, friendly explanations of what a laddoo is, its symbolic importance (joy, prosperity, and auspicious beginnings), and the significance of Diwali as the Festival of Lights.
Dietary Awareness: Clearly communicate ingredients to guests, specifically identifying common allergens like dairy (ghee), nuts, or chickpea flour (besan).
Station Maintenance: Keep the distribution area clean, vibrant, and welcoming, ensuring all napkins or packaging waste are handled appropriately.
