Event Overview
As a Booth Host, you are the "Face of the Fest." You’ll be stationed at key information hubs or sponsor booths, serving as a welcoming presence for our guests. This role is perfect for social butterflies who love engaging with the community and ensuring everyone leaves CarmelFest with a smile (and maybe some cool gear!).
Key Responsibilities
- Event Set-Up and Festival Support: (10:00 am - 2:00 pm) Arrange table with Carmel Branded Swag, giveaways, flyers and fun!
- Festival Support: (2:00 pm -6:00 pm)Act as a helpful point of contact for basic attendee questions, manage information booths, and maintain the tidiness of booth during event.
- Tear Down:(6:00 pm -10:00 pm)Assist in packing up event materials, collapsing temporary stations, and clearing the grounds to ensure the venue is left pristine.
