Registration & Greeting: Greet attendees with a friendly, professional demeanor. Manage the check-in list and distribute name tags. Meeting Support: Act as a point of contact for basic attendee questions. Maintain the tidiness of the hospitality station during the session. Tear Down: Assist in packing up materials. stacking chairs and putting tables away. Clear the room of any leftover items to ensure the space is left in top condition. Requirements & SkillsPersonality: Outgoing, helpful, and community-minded. Reliability: Punctual for early set-up and committed to staying for the duration of the event (3 hours). This initiative is a key component of the Arts Grant Agreement (Section 14b), ensuring that our local arts organizations have the leadership and operational tools they need to succeed. Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe need proactive volunteers to ensure these high-priority training sessions run smoothly: Event Setup: Arranging the training space, setting up signage, and organizing check-in materials. Registration & Wayfinding: Greeting nonprofit leaders, managing the attendee list, and directing guests within the Fire Department Headquarters.
